Posted by: | CommentsI was at my regular Friday morning yoga class this morning. I have been taking yoga classes for many, many years – long before it was as popular as it is today. Some of you may not know that I am a certified yoga teacher as well as a certified business coach and professional accountant. I taught yoga for 6 or 7 years but stopped when I moved back home across the country a few years ago.
In yoga, we bring our attention and awareness to what already exists, but may be just outside of our awareness right now. For example, as a teacher I used phrases like, “bring your attention to your breath” or “relax into the flow of your out breath” or “find your straight spine”.

I’m getting quite a bit of writing done on my new book and home study program that I’ll be releasing in the next month or two – along with some brand new coaching programs. It’s great to be away from home for a while so I can relax and be in a place where my creativity and focus can flourish.
You’ve heard me say that you need a niche and an expertise in order to grow your business to the next level as well as make your marketing much easier. One of my clients recently told me she felt hesitant to say she was an expert.
