Really enjoyed your "Building Better Relationships" blog. I am preparing for an interview on eWomenNetwork Radio, and was refreshing to read. Your comments are perfect in many ways for the relationship between my clients and what SendOutCards can do for them. Your comments reinforces my efforts to put my own personal touch on professional cards I send out to clients.

Thank you,

Jan,

Your articles always deliver a clear and pertinent message. I found when I started doing my detox workshops in my office and also as a teleconference that people really related to my own experiences that I shared. From that point on, I found relating to my clients as a fellow traveler on the path to optimum health and wellness made them more accepting of the fact that when they make a slight detour, it doesn't mean they should abandon the journey.

Hi Nikki,
It's fine to share frustrations or setbacks if you then go on to say how you handled it or what you learned that you now do differently. Share your experience as a teaching point to inspire others.

Thank you for touching on this. I provide outsourcing for small biz owners to work on their social media and we walk a fine line - you can't outsource relationships. For my clients, though, they can get them started in a personal way by delegating.

My personal challenge is this - How much do I let hang out? I would love to share some of my frustrations or setbacks but I am worried that if I share them I will lose credibility with clients and prospects.

I'd love to know your take on this.

Great article Jan. For sure I get pretty sick of the "big gurus" and their constant chatter. They pretend they know me by having my name in the subject line or in the first line of the note when I know that is a machine.

The challenge comes from needing to automate a lot of the messages and still remain personal in the note. I know we women can make it better.

You offer some really great courses.
