What’s Your Big Idea?
ByThe very successful Internet Marketer Yanik Silver says in his blog post today that you need to have a Big Idea or a hook to be succesful online. It’s more critical than ever to have a big idea that will differentiate you from your competitors so that you don’t become just another ‘me too” product.
I agree that you need to have an idea that your marketplace will pay attention to. It doesn’t need to be a brand new idea – maybe just present it in a new way to give you a point of differentiation. Otherwise, you get lost in a sea of ideas and information and are left to compete in a large market just on price.
Also – what’s selling well now online is to give people all the specific templates and tools they need so that it’s done for them. People want quick solutions to their challenges, so if you can provide shortcuts and very specific resources, they will buy.
