Pricing Policy
US Dollars Prices are posted in US Dollars.
Visa, Mastercard and Pay Pal We accept Visa, Mastercard or Pay Pal through our secure online store, over our phone line 1.519.827.9146, our toll free line 1.877.972.6224, or via e-fax at 1.360.287.0546. Please do not send credit card information by email as this is not secure.
Check / Money Order Please feel free to order by check (with a delay for clearing), Money Order or a US Postal Money Order (USPMO) is also acceptable. International customers must pay with an International Money Order drawn in US dollars.
Delivery Information All ebooks and digital educational material are sent immediately via e-mail, once payments are verified.
Credit and Refund Policy
Important Refund Guidelines All of our digital products carry a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, and live services a one hour, one session or one day Money Back Guarantee, depending on the nature and length of the service. For refund requests, please email us at info [@] femalepreneurs.com with complete details about the purchase and reason for request.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 100% satisfaction policy on digital products, physical products, and on live coaching services, workshops and teleclasses.
2. Refund Policy If one of our ebooks or digital products doesn't give the information you thought you would be receiving, just ask us for a prompt refund within no more than 30 days of your purchase. If one of our physical products doesn't give the information you thought you would be receiving, return it to us within 60 days of purchase in the original packaging and we will refund the full purchase price.
If you feel that any live teleclass, program, or coaching service was not worth the fee you paid, ask us in writing in an email by the second session, or no later than 30 days after the program starts; or, for workshops, seminars and retreats, no later than the first morning of a one day seminar or first day of a multi-day workshop or retreat - and you will be refunded 100% of your payment.
3. Refunds Processed Within 5 Days We will process refunds within 5 business days of your refund request.
4. Cancellations We offer a full 100% refund of your payment provided you cancel at least 15 days prior to the first session of the scheduled event or teleclass. No refunds are applicable for cancellations less than 15 days before the first session. In either case, if you prefer, we would be happy to transfer your payment towards another course, teleclass, program, or coaching service.
